1. Select Simplex Normal to scan a double sided document.

2. Verify the account and medical record number matches that of the patient’s documentation to be scanned, by looking at the Document Keys menu.

3. A form must have two bar codes in order to properly scan a document into an account.

4. When a document only has one bar code, select the appropriate bucket from the Package menu before scanning the document.
