Work Flow Questionnaire
The Lab Lean Team recently conducted a 2-week pilot involving use of ‘work zones’. The purpose of the pilot was to determine is work zones could 1)reduce fatigue during the shift 2) allow for all staff to rotate different working areas 3) improve efficiency and 4) reduce congestion in the processing area.
